Irish Whiskey


POWERS - The best selling whiskey in all of Ireland, powers is light in body with delicate flavors of malt and grain with a subtle, buttery finish.

TULLAMORE DEW - Very assertive as a standard blend, Tullamore is noted for its syrupy character and toasty wood undertones on the palate. The finish is aromatic and warming.

TULLAMORE DEW 12 year - Matured in used Bourbon casks, this 12 year is full in body with hints of spice and oak on the palate. Its finish is soft but lingering.

KNAPPOGUE CASTLE 11 year - Noted for it’s very light color, Knappogue is aged in used Bourbon casks. This whiskey is complex with hints of spice, malt and floral notes. The finish is assertive but rounded.

JAMESON - A Pot Still whiskey, standard Jameson is well balanced with sweet sherry tones and hints of nuts. The finish is long and smooth.

JAMESON 1780 12 year - Aged in Oloroso sherry and used Bourbon casks, this 12 year is rich with sweet wood and semi-sweet chocolate notes. The finish is superbly smooth and lingering.

JAMESON 18 year - Aged exclusively in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks for a minimum of 18 years, this whiskey is complex but balanced. On the palate, a bouquet of spice, toffee, and leather leads to a long, savory finish.

MIDELTON VERY RARE 21 years + - Only 55 casks of this whiskey are released for sale each year. Floral and herbal on the nose. The palate, presents a balance of toasted nuts and wood with light fruit tones. The finish is long and satisfying.

RED BREAST 12 year - Matured in Oloroso Sherry and used Bourbon casks, Red Breast has rich hints of spice and wood tones. The finish is very assertive and warming.

BUSHMILLS - The gold standard of the Bushmills line, this blend is mellow with malt and buttery flavors on the palate. The finish is soft but very aromatic.

BUSHMILLS BLACK BUSH - Maybe the most full bodied whiskey the Bushmills produces; Black Bush is robust, but balanced. Strong flavors of oak and bitter-sweet chocolate dominate the palate. The finish is syrupy and lingering.

BUSHMILLS 10 year - Aged in American oak casks, this 10 year has soft malt and vanilla tones on the palate. Wonderfully balanced, with soft notes of wood and honey on the finish.

BUSHMILLS 21 year - Bushmill’s Crown Jewel, the 21 year is aged the first 19 years in Oloroso Sherry and Bourbon Casks and the final 2 years in Madeira drums. Complex and balanced, the palate reveals floral, fruit and soft wood tones. The finish is sweet and very long.

MICHAEL COLLINS SINGLE MALT - Unique for an Irish whiskey, wherein the mash is dried over peat fire. This process departs peat flavors along with sweet malt and wood tones. The finish is clean and aromatic.

MICHAEL COLLINS BLEND - Aged in Bourbon casks, this blend is rich and smooth with a distinct woody character on the palate. The finish is sweet with lingering oak tones.



Scottish Whisky


ABERLOUR 10 year - A Highland single malt, Medium to full bodied in flavor but remains soft and smooth through the finish. Expect a malty sweetness, with hints of spice and a subtle peppery dryness.

MATISSE 12 year - A Blended Scotch, Matisse is complex but balanced. Creamy and floral to start, this whisky develops on the palate with soft fruit notes and sweet spice and oak on the finish.

GLENMORANGIE 10 year - One of the most widely known Highland single malts, light to medium bodied. Spicy cinnamon notes are joined with a floral sweetness on the palate. The finish is buttery and rounded.

GLENMORANGIE 18 year - Slightly more assertive than the 10 year; aged in used bourbon casks for the first 15 years of maturation, followed by 3 years in sherry casks. The result: a vanilla, oaky sweetness from start to finish.

GLENLIVET 12 year - One of Speyside’s most definitive single malts, a perfectly balanced display of fruity and floral flavors. Oak is present but distant on the palate, but reveals itself fully on the finish.

GLENLIVET 15 year French Oak - The influence of the French “Limousin” Oak Casks (the same casks used to age cognac) is obvious when enjoying this complex single malt. Classic oaky notes of vanilla, bitter chocolate and cream are constant from start to finish.

GLENLIVET 18 year - This firm, but smooth single malt contains a complex bouquet of flavors. Subtle peatines and sherry oak tones give way to dry and floral notes with a very long and appetizing finish.

GLENLIVET 21 year - Has been dubbed the “Sean Connery” of Whiskys, mature and complex. Full bodied throughout, a malty sweetness is followed with light citrus and peaty tones.

MACALLAN 12 year - Another Speyside single malt, aged exclusively in select sherry casks imported from Jerez, Spain. Highly rated, this whisky imparts sherry and honey on the palate, and has a warm, well rounded finish.

MACALLAN 18 year - A true gem, this whisky is highly acclaimed and rightfully so. Exclusively aged in sherry, full bodied and flavorful on the palate. Dried fruits and a malty sweetness dominate throughout. A whisky to be savored.

GLENFIDDICH 15 year - A Highland single malt, aged in sherry, used bourbon, and new oak casks throughout its maturation. Creamy wood and light peat tones on the palate. A sweet and toasty finish.

OBAN 14 year - One of only a few Western Highland distilleries, deceptively delicate from the start with soft floral and wood tones. Its finish is more assertive, with peat, smoke, and notes of maltiness.

BALVENIE 12 year Double Wood - Founded by the same family which started the Glenfiddich distillery, Balvenie is quickly becoming one of Speyside’s most popular whiskies. Aged in bourbon casks and finished in oloroso sherry, medium bodied with sweet sherry flavors and subtle spicy undertones of heather and cinnamon.

TALISKER 10 year - The most popular whisky of the island Skye, distilled on the shores of loch Harport; a town where Gaelic is still spoken. Smoky from start to finish, full bodied and syrupy with a long peppery finish.

LAPHROAIG 10 year - Pronounced, La-Froyg, this popular Islay malt is not for the faint of heart. Rich and full bodied flavors of peat and smoke dominate from start to finish. Tones of salt and seaweed compliment the long, dry finish.

JOHNNY WALKER RED LABEL 8-10 year - A full bodied blend of up to 35 of Scotland’s finest single grain whiskies, bursting with flavors of malt, smoke, and hints of spice.

JOHNNY WALKER BLACK LABEL 12 year - A favorite of Sir Winston Churchill, this star of the Walker Blend-lineup is medium bodied, but quite complex. This scotch is well rounded with notes of fruit and smoke on the palate. a creamy, lingering finish.

GLENKINCHIE 12 year - A wonderful expression of a Scotch, aLowland whisky, light but firm. Malty on the palate throughout, this whisky also has notes of smoke and spice. The finish is dry and sweet.

CAOL ILA 12 year - Restrained for an Islay whisky, Caol Ila (kull-eela) remains complex and balanced. The light color is misleading, as this malt is bursting with sweet smokiness and spicy undertones. The very long finish is warm and savory.

DALWHINNIE 15 year - One of the Highest Distilleries in Scotland (326 meter above sea level), a classic Highland malt. A malty profile becomes rounded with notes of raisins and honey on the palate. The finish is distinctive, long and peaty.
